As part of an intergenerational Christmas project the pupils wrote letters to some of the more elderly members of the community. They were very aware that, especially due to Covid, many of their elderly neighbours had not been able to get out and about the way they normally would. To help cheer them up at Christmas the children wrote about themselves and their Christmas plans in an effort to let the more senior members of our area know that the Carrickmannon Family were thinking about them at this festive time. Vicki and Charlene called today and collected our letters to distribute later in the week.
